Nicotine is the addictive part of traditional cigarettes, so lots of vape juice products come with this included in their ingredients. If when you start vaping you do not achieve the “nicotine hit” you are used to when you smoked, there is a danger you will quickly return to cigarettes and traditional smoking. It is therefore important to choose the right nicotine strength.

It is Propylene Glycol that gives vaping the artificial smoke effect you’ll see when people breathe out after using a vape. It is used within the food industry to thicken up ingredients or help ingredients bind together. It is also used in cosmetic products such as shampoo, lotion and mouthwash.
Glycerine
Glycerine is another Food and Drug administration approved ingredient; it is often found in items such as cough medicine. It is a thick liquid with a slightly sweet taste that is used as a base for many e-liquids. Also known as vegetable glycerine or glycol it is generally made from palm trees or soybeans. In the food industry, it is used as a sweetener whereas in beauty products it helps the product to preserve moisture.

What content isn’t in e-liquid?
Although you might think it important to look at what content is in e-liquid, what it does not contain is also deemed important. For example, e-liquid does not contain any tobacco. On the ingredients list, you also won’t find any carbon monoxide or tar, which are the harmful chemicals found in cigarettes.
